Mi-Tech Steel, Inc., is a steel service center formed in 1987 through a joint venture between Mitsui & Co., Ltd., the world’s premier international multifunctional trading company, and Steel Technologies Inc., a world-class converter of flat-rolled steel. The company is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.

Mi-Tech Steel is focused on supplying state-of-the-art value-added services to the dynamically changing needs of our customers. Mi-Tech Steel produces carbon and stainless flat-rolled steel products for the automotive, appliance, HVAC, office equipment and consumer goods industries.

We are currently operating four locations and have the ability to utilize 18 additional Steel Technologies-related facilities throughout the United States and Mexico.
